Submitting a proposal during an open auction​

During the Auction, the participant submits his price proposal by improving the initial price per auction step during the trading session.To Participation must be on the start date and time indicated in the lot. bidding go to the lot page and go to the auction progress page:

The participant makes new proposals in the “My proposal” block.Change You can manually enter your price offer in the appropriate fields, or use the “Decrease by step” button for automatic calculation offers.To submit a new proposal, you must click on the button "Submit an offer":

If the system has signature functionality enabled, the bet will need to be signed.The process of signing a bid is similar to the process of signing an application for participation and is described in the section “Participation in tenders”, item “Signing an application for participation”.

Once the transaction is confirmed, the bidder's new offer will be displayed during the bidding process.

The “Trade Progress” block displays new offers made participants, as well as the time of their submission.The names of all participants are hidden under to ensure anonymity.Its own bet has a signature with the name and Participant's organization data:

At the end of the auction, the organizer gets acquainted with the submitted proposals participants and publish the results, completing the procedure.

Auction room​

This section displays a list of all lots with active trading session.The list of auctions includes both auctions and face-to-face rebidding following procedures: request for proposals, request for prices.

In order to go to the auction room page, you need to go via the “Auction Hall” link in the “Personal Account” menu:

The auction room allows participants to participate in several trading procedures, organizations can more quickly navigate the data submitted by others participants in price offers.In addition, the auction room allows immediately submit competitive price offers during the trading session.

The auction room page is divided into three elements:

  • List of lots in which the trading session is currently underway, with the option switch between them.

  • Separator, an element that allows you to change the ratio of sizes between elements: List of lots and Trading session page.

  • Trading session page for the selected lot, which opens on block “my offer”, and allows you to submit immediately after selecting a lot price offer.

A link to the auction room is available in each short auction procedures.In the list of lots, only lots are available for selection the trading procedure in question.
